Corporate Events
Starting at $500
The five-hour package is a popular option for employee appreciation events, team building, client entertainment, company celebrations, trade shows, and brand activations.
Available formats include open play, multiplayer games, closest-to-the-pin, long drive, team competitions, and live leaderboards.
Weddings and Receptions
Starting at $500
Add interactive golf entertainment to receptions, rehearsal dinners, bachelor parties, wedding-weekend gatherings, and other celebrations.
Choose open play, multiplayer games, guest challenges, team competitions, or leaderboard-based formats.
Fundraisers
Qualifying fundraiser formats start at $200.
Available structures may include per-play fundraising, sponsor-supported competitions, team entry fees, revenue-sharing formats, or standard event rentals.

Do you require power?
Yes. We require access to a reliable standard power source near the setup area. When venue power is unavailable, generator options can be discussed before booking.
How much space is required?
We typically require a 14-foot by 20-foot operating area with at least 11 feet of height. We confirm the available space, surface, access, and surrounding safety area before finalizing your booking.
Can the simulator be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes. Indoor and outdoor setups are available when the venue provides adequate space, height, access, surface conditions, and power. Outdoor setups also depend on suitable weather and a safe operating environment.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Rain, lightning, high winds, excessive heat, or unsafe ground conditions may require an adjustment, delay, indoor relocation, or cancellation. We discuss available backup arrangements with the event host before the scheduled date.
How does booking work?
Submit your event date, location, event type, preferred duration, estimated attendance, and indoor or outdoor preference. We confirm availability, recommend an event format, review venue requirements, and provide the next booking steps.
Which rental package is best for my event?
The three-hour package works well for private parties and shorter events. Five hours fits many corporate, wedding, and community events. Seven hours supports fairs, festivals, and high-traffic activations. We recommend a package after reviewing your schedule, attendance, and gameplay format.
What is included with a mobile golf simulator rental?
Standard rentals include delivery, simulator setup, an on-site operator, clubs and balls, multiple game options, gameplay support, and breakdown. Competitions, prizes, custom branding, generator service, and extended travel are confirmed separately when applicable.
How does an outdoor mobile golf simulator event work?
We deliver, assemble, calibrate, and test the simulator at your venue. An operator manages gameplay and guest rotation. Before the event, we confirm access, space, power, ground conditions, weather planning, and any generator requirements.
